Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, bereavement, abuse, addictions, or just life in general, I can help. I offer a FREE 15 minute telephone consultation to introduce myself. I would ideally like to get a brief overview of what is troubling you and why you are looking for counselling, and then you can see if I am the right therapist for you. There is never an obligation to book a session.
